In a congratulatory message to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of Russia's National Day, President Masoud Pezeshkian expressed confidence that the strategic partnership demonstrated between Tehran and Moscow across various regional and international arenas will expand in all fields through mutual determination and effort, continuing to develop and deepen to serve the mutual interests of both nations.
