Pezeshkian: Iranian, Pakistani nations always shared sorrow, happiness

President Masoud Pezeshkian in a message expressing appreciation to Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for attending the farewell and official funeral ceremonies of the martyred Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, stressed ed that the nations of Iran and Pakistan have always shared each other's joys and sorrows, standing together in solidarity and brotherhood.

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran added that I am grateful for the presence of my dear brother, Mr. Shehbaz Sharif, and the high-ranking Pakistani delegation, as well as for the sincere expressions of sympathy from the government and people of Pakistan.

He emphasized, "We will never forget this solidarity and support."

Pezeshkian continued that the nations of Iran and Pakistan have always shared in each other's joys and sorrows, standing side by side in solidarity and brotherhood.
