Official reception held in honor of the President of Uzbekistan’s visit

econews. The diSerbia stinguished guests were welcomed by the President of the Republic of Aleksandar Vučić, First Lady Tamara Vučić, Speaker of the National Assembly Ana Brnabić, Prime Minister Đuro Maćut, and other officials.

During the event, the historic significance of the first official visit by the President of Uzbekistan to Serbia was emphasized. It was noted that the visit opens new opportunities to expand and strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries. 

Particular attention was paid to the traditionally friendly ties between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Serbia.

To mark the Uzbekistan delegation’s visit, the Kula Belgrade skyscraper was lit up in the colors of Uzbekistan’s national flag.
